Water Aerobics is an aquatic exercise class for those of you who prefer to have less stress on your joints. Warm water resistance is good for your muscles as well. Jogging in the water during the 45-minute class is equivalent to one lap around the perimeter of Oceana. Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 8 AM and 4:30 PM (summer) 4:00 PM (winter). We also meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 PM

Keeping Fit: Bert Nusbaum has designed a great exercise session for ALL AGES. Standing up or sitting down - he has a workout for you. An exercise class takes place in the Clubhouse at 8:30AM, MWF. A 27-minute video of one of Bert's exercise periods is shown on Channel 12 or 867 at 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Line Dancing: Our fun group meets on Thursdays in the auditorium. Class starts at 4:00 pm and ends at 5:00 pm. Everyone from novice to professional is welcome to come and dance, or just watch, if you are not sure that line dancing is for you! For more information, contact Jeane Minsky.

Stability Ball strengthens the core muscle groups and improves balance. Led by Oceana-resident, Frances Ferrari, this 30-minute class is shown on OCA-TV Channels 12 & 867 on Thursday and Saturday mornings at 8:30 am. Exercise in the comfort of your own home. It's a great class led by an inspiring teacher.
